What does it mean? ‘We’re good to go’?
The ‘We’re Good to Go’ is a free UK-wide industry standard and consumer mark to reassure customers that your business adheres to Government and public health guidance in the wake of the recent coronavirus pandemic.
This has been put together in working partnerships between Visit Britain and other destination management organisations as well as supporting trade organisations like the BH&HPA that support the caravan industry in the United Kingdom.
What have we had to do in order to gain our certification?
In order to be able to complete the online questionnaire to qualify for the ‘We’re Good To Go’ standard, Thornley Leisure Parks have had to undertake and complete a number of COVID-19 Risk Assessments, training, aswell as the procurement of the appropriate PPE and signage to ensure our caravan parks are safe to welcome back our customers.
We have had to tear up the old park management procedure book and relook at all our processes which we have in place in order to safeguard our staff, our customers and our local communities in order to help prevent the spread of the disease.
