The Beach Caravan Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

Maenan Abbey Caravan Park – 1st March to 30th November

Ocean Heights Caravan Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

Craiglwyd Hall Caravan Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

Green Pastures Caravan Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

Dinlle Caravan Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

Morfa Lodge Holiday Park – 1st March till the first weekend in January

We have a range of luxury caravans to suit most budgets and competitive finance options are available. Please kindly note: Our parks cannot be used as a place of permanent residency.

The number one cost associated with owning a static caravan is the site fees. Site fees vary across the parks. Site fees on Thornley Leisure Parks are billed annually, but you can opt to pay within one of our payment plans, which will spread the cost for you. There will also be other associated costs such as gas, electric, insurance water & rates.  For further information on this please contact us.

This is a hot topic at the minute and the simple answer is no. Static holiday caravans are not built to residential standards, and more importantly, you won’t be afforded the protection of the mobile homes act. If you’re thinking of living in a mobile home, make sure you choose a residentially licensed park with the appropriate written statement.

Yes, it is a condition of your pitch licence to insure your caravan or lodge. It’s vitally important that you have public liability insurance, and all good static caravan insurers will include this within their policy wording.

No, you don’t own the land. You are buying a luxury caravan holiday home with the right to occupy a pitch of your choice for as long as you like, providing you pay the annual site fees and abide by the Park rules.

Yes, subject to availability and suitability, you can choose any vacant plot you like.

When your caravan gets to 20 years old (15 years old on Green Pastures) we will be delighted to help you upgrade your caravan into a newer model, however, should you wish to leave the park you will be able to sell your caravan privately.

Yes. Your park rules will detail the procedure for undertaking a private sale.

Yes, of course, providing they abide by the park rules.

Yes, all of our Parks in North Wales, Mid Wales, Cheshire and North Yorkshire are pet-friendly. 

Yes, you may sub-let your caravan on all of our parks apart from Maenan Abbey & Green Pastures, providing the caravan is not over ten years old. Sub-letting is entirely your responsibility. Thornley Leisure Parks do not take any responsibility for any aspect of the private sub-letting of your holiday home. All owners who do choose to sub-let their holiday homes are obliged to obtain an annual gas landlords certificate (which we can arrange) and a copy of this must be held by us. 

We have facilities for Tents and Tourers on our Dinlle Caravan Park and Morfa Lodge Holiday Park in Caernarfon, and Gallaber Park, North Yorkshire.
