Valley View Caravan Park is set in the heart of Mid Wales, across over 30 acres of land with magnificent valleys and country views. Park facilities include a laundry room, a games room and an indoor heated swimming pool.
Valley View is a dog-friendly park, so your furry friends won’t feel left out. It is the perfect getaway to enjoy lots of walking with fabulous countryside nearby. Valley View is a commutable distance from the Midlands, Cheshire, and Merseyside, and it is close to a wide range of local attractions. Whether you want to choose to relax and take it easy or are looking for more energetic pursuits, the area offers so much.
What is there to do in Valley View?
We are situated on the Powys Shropshire border. Valley View Park offers something for all. With just 20 minutes from Oswestry, 40 minutes from Shrewsbury, and only 1 hour away from Chester City Centre and Chester Zoo if you fancied a fun day out for all the family.
If you are up this way, be sure to visit the River Severn and the stunning Lake Vyrnwy. Powis Castle is another must-see and is only 8 miles from the park.
Don’t forget to visit the Beautiful Barmouth Beach. It is an ideal spot for bathing and watersports. There are some breathtaking views of Cardigan Bay and the picturesque harbour. The beach is wheelchair friendly, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs within a short distance of the beach. We recommend ‘The Captain’s table’, ‘Murrays Café Bar’, and the Last Inn Barmouth.
Who doesn’t love an Ice cream on the beach, ‘Knickerbockers Ice cream Parlour’ is worth a visit and they are specialists in Artisan Ice Cream. With over 50 flavours to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice.
