Back in 1996, the Cooper family came across The Beach Caravan Park after seeing an advert for a chalet for sale. After deciding that perhaps a chalet wasn’t the best choice, it was going to be an unsuccessful drive home back to Macclesfield.
Before they left, Dorothy (grandma) was taken up with the prospect of looking at a caravan. Lots of caravans were sat in and debated and ummed and ahhed over, but it wasn’t until they all sat in the last one and it was decided that this was it. This was the one and they have never looked back! 23 happy years have been spent at The Beach (and several caravan upgrades later!) and the family have seen lots of changes take place in making the park into the 5-star facility it is today.
Matt says ‘’ I have grown up coming to the Beach for weekends and holidays and it’s a big part of my life. That Friday night feeling of coming to the van and relaxing for the weekend is just perfect. The weeks cares and worries just drift away.’’
The Cooper Family have been on the same plot at The Beach since day one and continue to enjoy the fantastic views and stunning location from their current holiday home.
