Covid-19 Customer Information
We are so pleased that our owners are happily visiting their caravans, we are, as always delighted to see them. Our hire guests are also reporting that they are enjoying their holidays and are feeling safe and reassured by all the Covid-19 health and safety guidelines we have put into place across all our parks.
The safety of our owners, holidaymakers, employees and visitors to the park are of paramount importance to us. We will do everything that we can to ensure that everyone continually has a safe and pleasant time when they are at their holiday home or if they are holidaying with us. As each park has a vast area of open space, we hope you continue to enjoy our holiday parks and their offerings.
Regular staff briefings and training sessions are being held to reinforce our existing practices and rules for good personal hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment for staff. The cleaning process on our parks has been reviewed to include additional deep cleaning measures and there is increased sanitisation of contact points such as door handles, reception, Bars, launderette, and all other public areas.
We respectfully ask customers who are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 to return home if they are at their caravan or stay at home if already there. Symptoms include a dry cough, high temperature, shortness of breath or any flu-like symptoms.
If you become unwell while at your holiday home, please call NHS 111 or go online at 111.nhs.uk. Please also inform reception by telephone.
Just a reminder when you are on the park please continue to wash your hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol gel is advised. Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth with hands that are not clean. Avoid close contact with people who may be unwell.
There is currently no government advice that would restrict your use of your caravan or holidaying with us, we see no reason for you to stay away. In fact, many customers are telling us that visiting their caravan or holidaying with us has been a welcome relief, which we fully understand.
As always, please let us know if we can help you further or answer any specific questions you may have. We will update you should government guidance change.
We look forward to seeing you all soon, best wishes from all at Thornley Leisure Parks.
